      hi guys, try irfanview, its a free program that lets you resize any photo, its a little complicated but works great, we used it in the past.

    woohoo... got my NOA1 email/sms at 1:23 am... just a few minutes back... super excited. atleast now i know i didnt make some silly mistake... it is headed to vermont servicecenter for processing... yeahhhhhhh

      just call NVC and ask , 1-603-334-0700. they will verify who you are then answer your questions.
