why dont you call for an expedite because you are over normal processing time...they allow you to do this at the 6th month. Call tomorrow and ask about expedite and dont let tier 1 tell you you cant...if so ask to speak to tier2

my congress man put in a service request snice may 10th ...i put one in on the 18th..i have been calling snice i hit the 5 month mark ..2 seantors and one congress is inquiring about the case and when i call uscis and speak to a tier 2 all i get is thier nasty attitudes. this whole process has been so stressful... :-(

Hey honey... you should call them again. Have you emailed the VSC? Contact your congressperson again. You can definitely receive and expedite at this point! After my service request they said 15 days from the date the request went in you should hear something.
