Hello All,
My case just completed at NVC in 19 days (quicker than I expected), and now I'm curious to know when my interview may be. Does anyone have timelines for the Montreal consulate? The reason I am inquiring is because my husband and I are going to be in Asia for about 6 weeks and I'm hoping that I won't have to fly back to Canada in the midst of travelling for the interview.

My NOA1 date was March 22, 2010 and I just received my NOA2 dated July 20, 2010. (No text or email was received though.)

Yes normal. You wont receive an email or text for when "touched".
Go to the USCIS site and click on "sign-in to my account" on the left side. https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/jsps/login.jsp
Log in and you will see where its been last updated.
It says, the last date my case was updated was on March 24, 2010. Is it normal to get no touches at all or one or two? (The reason I'm asking so many questions is becasue, my husband and I travel a lot therefore we aren't able to tell if we've received any correspondence or mail from USCIS - We're heavily relying on the email/text to notify us.)
Is anyone else experiencing this?

Hmmmm, my NOA1 is dated March 22, 2010 but I'm curious to know why I haven't received any touches. I signed-up for email and text notification on the USCIS site where it states, "Sign-up for Case Updates". The "case update" still says, "We received your Petition on March 22, 2010....". Is this normal?

Please keep updating timelines, with respect to delivery or I-130, check cashed, receipt of NOA1, NOA2, etc..... It would be really good to see what time estimates are.
Thanks!!!

Hello All,
I'm not sure if this has been asked yet but.....
When I am obtaining Police Certificates and/or Criminal Record Searches (from the CPIC (Canadian Police Information Centre), do I have to get one from each Canadian city I have lived in or is one Police Certificate and/or Criminal Record Search sufficient as long as it states that the CPIC (Canadian Police Information Centre) database has been searched.
Please let me know.
Thank you!!

So USCIS cashed our cheque on March 22 so now I am hoping to see the NOA1 in the mail very soon!

Immunizations for Medical Exam (Canada)
in Canada
Posted
Hi All,
I haven't received an interview date yet but I have some questions about the medical. I'd like to know if I need certain immunizations before I attend the exam or will the physician tell me which ones I need to get. I was born in Canada and am in the 27-35 age range.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks!
