HELLO EVERYONE,,I DONT KNOW IF THIS IS A RIGHT PAGE TO ASK,,BUT I HOPE ANYBODY CAN HELP ME,,,I WAS A K1 VISA AND WE APPLY MY AOS LAST FEB 12,2O10,AFTER 1 WEEK I RECIEVE A NOTICE THAT THEY FORWARD MY APPLICATION IN CALIFORNIA SERVICE,,BUT UNTIL NOW I DID NOT RECIEVE ANY NOTICE OR EMAIL FROM THEM,,,AND I ALWAYS CHECK IN THE WEBSITE STILL 'INITIAL REVIEW'HOPE ANYBODY CAN GIVE ADVICE FOR THIS MATTER,,I REALLY APRICIATE UR HELP...GODBLESS US ALL

Hi everyone! Im just new to this site..I've noticed that this site is very helpful so i decided to joined... I filed my I-485 and I-765 Last March 20, 2010 and they received March 29, 2010.. got my biometric done.. then last May 25, 2010 i received a letter from USCIS saying that my petition for I-485 has been approved. So, that was a good news! Then this morning i received a text alert to my cellphone from USCIS saying that my I-765 was denied!! so its a bad news! I was reviewing my I-765 copy and i think everything is ok, i did filled up correctlly.. my question is, what is the most reason of having denied EAD??? it says to the text/email that i need to wait for 15 days to get their letter and the reason of why i get denied..is there any way that i can be approved? do i need to set an infopass to talk to the officer regarding my case???? because i want to work, i've been home for almost 5 months now and i want to help my husband financially...any one pls help....

helllo kabayan,,hindi na kailangan ng EAD,,kng approves=d yong Gc mo...buti kapa ok na paers mo.hindi pa na approved ang AOS,,nong feb pa namin file yun..sana maging ok na sau...

hellloo BELL,,i ask my husband about ur question my husband was a military too,,hes a NAVY,,he said they cannot expedite ur AOS,,coz ur not going travel to AFGANISTAN and its a warzone area,,u need to go for interview,,hope everything well be fine..

I don't know if they have changed the filing fees recently but when my husband and I submitted my AOS in mid-January this year, our check had the amount of $ 1, 010. I adjusted from K1.

There is no need for the foreign wife to take another medical exam as long as she had hers less than a year from filing the AOS. Just have a few parts of Form I-693 completed and signed by a civil surgeon.
