along with i 864a, don't forget to submit proof of relation between you and your sister.(between sponsor and household member who file i 864a)

yes, you have to file i 864 and also your sister file i 864a. also as you asked, you have to put your name under part 3.

i sposor______________________________, then you have to put person name whom you sponsor ,below that your signature. and at the bottom of same page .your sister have to sign also.

oh lord,help me. i send i 864 and ds 230 last week. avr says document received on march 30. and when i talked to operators ,they all says is under review and give us 10 days/3-4 weeks....but when i asked do u guys received my i 864 /ds 230,they said it suppose to received give us 10 days/3-4 weeks ....but no one says yes or what document received. what should i do? tell me friends. should i keep calling...

Have you spoken to an operator? Ask if they have received your AOS yet and if it is under review.

After your case is completed, NVC will schedule a date according to your consulate's availability.

ya i talked to an operator, but she said they get more than 2000 mail /day so she didn't know yet but she said there is a biogrphic form on its way from the petitioner and it's under review. so i don't know what that mean. because i sent i 864 first and then i sent ds 230.i know ds 230 already delivered because that shows in usps tracking............... so still worry about i 864.

Meh--don't worry. The mail will usually end up in the correct department.

BCAUSE AFTER THAT MAIL(I-864), I SENT DS 230 AND WITH IN COUPLE OF DAYS IT'S IN SYSTEM UNDER REVIEW BUT IT'S BEEN 10 DAYS I SENT MY I 864,AND NTHNG HEARD ANYTHNG IN AUTO MASSAGE OR BY REPRESANTAVTIVE WHILE I TALK TO THEM. but my mistake is i send i 864 package below address as per cover seat address.

i called USPS and they said they deliver almost 2000 mail in portsmouth business center and they don't have scanner for that.

so i m so worried because of my two mistake, send on different address and didn't add signature service(actually forget)

hello everyone. i am confused ..please suggest me what to do? i am us citizen and i filed i 130 for my wife but i am unemployed since 07/15/2009. i made $14,500 income in 2009 which is below then poverty line($18,200). and i have to file i 864 for my wife. i can arrange some around $20000 in my bank account if needed to file i 864. so can i file i 864 with $20000 cash assets while i am unemployed? or should i take my parents as a household member and file i 864 or i 864a? my father,mother file tax jointly so if i have to file jointly i 864 then please advise me which form my parants should file,i864 or i 864a?
