    Praying for everyone waiting to be with their spouses. It has been a long road for us, but there is hope that your road will be shorter. Stay positive and make sure you provide all evidence possible and get your spouse ready for a very hard interview no matter what you read. Never assume you will get easy questions.

    OMG...Finally the news is here...He finally got the visa after 11 months of AP.... THANK GOD..and everyone who supported me..without ur help I'd have been a really big mess....thanks everyone..and yes you all are in my prayers

      I e-mailed the embassy today. So far we have just been calling the delivery company. 3 days turnaround usually on a response from the embassy. I dread it but I fear administrative review. Another couple that interviewed on the 11th got their visa today...

      @Ellie-n-Vladimir, no, they didn't let me in.. it was a very full day, they were completely crowded. Towards the end of the day one of the guards wanted to let me in but the other one stopped him. So I think it's possible to get in, just depends on if you get lucky or not

      I don't know!! I am e-mailing the embassy today. I already had to come home for work. It seemed to have ended well - it was over an hour (after they made him wait 7 hours!!) but the CO said he would get his visa in 4-5 days and wished him good luck in America. It's been 2 weeks. I am really worried we will get another who knows how many months of AP...

    husband was given 221g for more docs told faster he sends them in via mail the quicker he will get the call back, confused if this is AP or just want docs(which they already had girl at counter gave them to my husband like an idiot...:(

    interview Oct 4 - I got my tickets and I will be there, whether they let me in or not. Can't believe I'm going to see him next week for "vacation" and then just 1 week later for interview!! And then... hopefully... again very soon here at home!!

      it takes a little longer to get through NVC when you're doing the spouse visa and not the fiance visa... at least you won't have to deal with AOS later. Any progress yet at NVC? I'm thinking of you guys!

    FINALLY! ASC scheduled for Sept 19 and CONSULAR INTERVIEW scheduled for SEPTEMBER 20! Crossing fingers and toes and ears that everything goes off without a hitch!
