"I actually requested an expedite."
How did you place expedite request? By phone or sent them banch of documents?
If you did it only by phone guess the case was being adjusticated already
Yeah I did it by phone. And yeah it was already in the process of getting adjusticated.

ON What grounds did you request expediate ? if you don't mind to share here ?

AWESOME!!! I knew good news was coming our way. Shower down the approvals oh Lord Jesus!

At this very moment, I would like nothing more than to be served some sort of game, either roasted or braised with fresh herbs, with a side order of freshly made Arabian/Indian flat bread (e.g. naan,) and a bucket of real butter.
And baskets loaded with approvals! Mighty tasty!

Of course the prayers are for a speed of service. But things haven't been so speedily. So in this case, I think it'd be more for patience and endurance.

Everything at this point appears to have brought out frustrations and it's very much expected. Let's try to be a little more positive. Notice I said try. So... Wether if it were to take 6 months to a year and a half. I will one day be in the hands of my loving wife. The Lord has been my comfort and He gives me hope eachday. In Him will I trust that this process will be done In the best manner possible. Things will change soon guys. And smiles will be wide spread. For those of you that pray. Let's all pray for eachother. And those of you that don't, we invite you too. I mean, what have you really got to lose. I really appreciate you all:)

ok...need a response.... how important is it for me to inform my wifey of all thats going on up to this point and whats to come. its very extensive and i dont want her to get confused, scared, or even worried. this could all be intimidating to someone who doesnt know much about the overall process and has never been to America. what are some key things to talk to her about before all this breaks open??? come on crew... anything helps:) thank in advance

Okay here I go... I'm just wondering what you all think concerning my situation. I'm trying to prepare myself for the "financial support" part of my petition for my wife who is currently in the Philippines. My issue is that I have only had my career for about two years now. In each year I have made around $55,000 before taxes. Prior to that, (the 3rd year, which i believe I'll need) I was in school full-time, for my current career. I worked part-time during school. But I made no where near the amount that I would need in order to petition my wife. How will this affect me? Should I have concern? Will my two past tax returns be sufficient evidence to prove I can support my wife? Thank you all.

Hey everyone. Kumusta? Hehehe... I just wanted to know if anyone can help me print my Yahoo Messenger Archives. I'm getting my paper work together to send in to the USCIS for the petition of my wifey from the philippines. Our main source of communication has always been through YM. We never really used email as YM was a lot more convenient. Any help is greatlty appreciated. Thanks in advance. -ChrisJoy
Thank you all so very much!!! you guys are wonderful and so very supportive! As of now I am gonna do the CR1 and use of course the form I-130 along with the G-325a. My Time line will be set up here very shortly. Turns out that my brother was able to figure out how to copy what was on my screen (Prt Scr) and open it in with "Paint". We got everything! Time and date stamps, along with our names, screen names, and messenger addresses! It came out wonderful thus far. I pray the Lord bless our journey and yours as well in the same way! Blessings. -Chris
