I send twice wrong form (I-864A instead of I-864)

what happens if somethin is wrong 3 time?????

Anybody knows????!!!!

I'm sending I-864 and my husbends W-2.

Is that all I need????!!!!!!

You do not need the I-485A. The I-485A usage is for very specific circumstances that require it use...

Ok, Will tell you my long story and make it very short now.

Im trying to get my permanent resident card.

Im married to US citizen, but before we got married we

were dating and engaget for 18 month and when my J-1 visa expired

I stayed in USA and kept my employment. I have SSN and I was paying

my taxes.

Now I have a big confusion with form I-485 Supplement A. It's the

last form I need to fill out to send my packets to immigration office.

But I dont know what to do. When I started to read questions I understood

that I couldnt mark any of selected answers(it dont sounds like my situation)

but the 2 that my visa expired and i still stayd and that i was working witout

authorization.

And I dont want to be denied if i wont send that 1 form.

Please help me!!!!!!

Ok.......It was very easy at the begining but now I'm really confused.

I need help.

I met my husband in 2007. We were dating for 3 months and I went home.

Then I came back next summer and he asked me to stay I did but he didnt marry me for next 18 months,

we were dating and engaged.

I was working at one of his fathers hotels.

My my permition to to work as a J-1n Studen expired 15 months ago.

My Boss was paying taxes on me all this time (I have my SSN since 2007).

So when finaly wegot married and were very happy that now everything should be ok

(he is a US Citizen by birth) for the first time i feel like I'm in trouble.

Because I was working eligaly all this time and its even proved on my SSN with my taxes.

So....what should I do about it...and about my I-485, as I understand I can not file it, right?

Can I file I-485 Supplement A? Or what in a world should I do???????

Im applying for Adjusting of Status and I want to earn

Green Card. I want to send all my docs. at the same time

so I wont miss anything and I will not wait while they send

me forms back if I missed something.

I was a J-1 work and travel USA student. Overstaued....

You need to check:

a. An immigrant petition giving me an immediately available immigrant visa number

that has been approved. (Attach a copy of the approval notice, or a relative, special

immigrant juvenile, or special immigrant military visa petition filed with this

application that will give you an immediately available visa number, if approved.)

You need to either file form I-130 together with the I-485 or attach your approval notice from I-130 if you sent it prior to I-485. I-130 is actually the immigrant petition they are referring to above.

The firs person i met here was my future husbad.

After summer time I went back to Ukraine. We were all the time in touch

till I came back in July of 08, on J-1 again. We were datin and engaged for

and start working again and go to Ukraine and visit my family.

I dont know what box should I check in I-485 Part 2.
