      I was going through this agony a few weeks ago. Got upset when someone who had CC 10 days after me got an interview before me! They ought to review how interviews are scheduled! I am very aware of my vj community and how we are in this together... hang in there, you'll have an interview date soon.

      I think they should give preference to IR1 categories than all those Family based categories even during interview scheduling.
