We received the approval letter today. Since the revamp of the website I can't figure out how to input our info. Would someone please update DON AND VENUS in the CSC column with an approval date of 6/12/2013?

The Child Status Protection Act is your saviour here.
Since it is an immediate relative petition, and you are filing as her US citizen (step)parent, their age will "freeze" on the day that the I-130 is accepted for processing by USCIS.
Even if they turn 21 before the process is completed, CSPA will protect their "child" status and let them proceed as an immediate relative.

I just filed I-130's for my 3 stepchildren in the Philippines. Two are under 18 but one is 20 and she was 17 when I married her mother. I'm worried about my oldest daughter ageing out because her 21st birthday is at the end of Nov 2013. I've been researching this and I'm wondering what are the chances I filed too late to get her here on a IR1?

I'm filing I-130's for three of my step children at the same time. I'm submitting three complete sets of paperwork including seperate checks. My question is can I send them in one envelope or should I just mail three seperate envelopes?

I can't help you about how to print out a FB chat session. My wife and I used Yahoo Messenger. We found out that chat logs are basically useless when you get to the interview. When you get to Manila for the interview the CO wants to see financial papers and photos. Good luck on finding out how to print them but I'd just take more pics of you two together and with family members for visual proof that you are a couple. That's just my 2 cents, I hope it helps.

As long as you have the paperwork of seminar completion and your visa you can get the sticker at a differnet CFO. My wife took the seminar in Manila when she had her interview then we took her passport with visa to Cebu to get the sticker.

Venus and I just filed our I-175 today and we had the same situation. On a continuation sheet put the address you lived at when she got her GC along with the dates you lived there before you moved. Have you wife sign and date the sheet and include her A#.

Sent I-751 to the Vermont service center today.
This site was really useful for getting my CR-1 visa sorted out (especially figuring out how to do it over email!) so I wanted to contribute for the remainder of the process. Good luck to everyone!

I'm filing to bring my step daughter from the Philippines in Jan 2013. I married my wife in Sept 2010 using a K-1 when my step daughter was 17. She ages out in Nov 2013. I'm filing for my wife's ROC in Jan as well as she expires 3/29/13. My question is: do you think my step daughter will receive a 2yr or 10 yr GC when she is approved?
Any input would be greatly appreciated.

I called USCIS a few days ago and they told me that as long as her GC has not expired then she will have no problem reentering the US.

Sounds like the trouble was on the Argentinian side, so you really want a few stories from Filipinos who have travelled with an almost-expired green card.
I'd think a non-expired card must have trouble least often. But there's always an exception. (All the airline should be doing before letting you on the plane is checking you have a valid US passport or green card or US visa. So unless your green card is actually expired they shouldn't be asking any more questions. Which doesn't mean it won't happen once in a blue moon.)
Thanx JoannaV. This is on the Philippine portal as well and I have a few comments already. If there is anyone with personal experience traveling to the Philippines on an almost expired conditional Green Card please chime in.

I do have the expiration date wrong, it is 3-29-13. My main objective is to determine if she would be denied travel by immigration, or an airline, because she is within 3 months of the expiration date. I'm not worried about her returning after the expiration date as she'll return before that with 6 weeks to spare. I am trying to avoid her being questioned or hasseled because of the timing of her travel.

Send the original. Make two originals in case one gets lost you'll save time submitting the 2nd one when you get an RFE. You will also have to submit another Letter of Intent to Marry when you get to the interview at the embassy.
