How our name gonna be appear on Endorsement Page if we shorten our name on Passport?.

Hello. We called the USCIS and put Service Request. Two weeks later we called the tier 2 since we didnt get any response about my Service Request. On the phone the tier 2 said that we got RFE and the Online Status also stated the same thing that on Jan 25th they have mailed a mail about RFE. On Jan 28th we received 2 letters:

1. The acceptance letter of our Service Request dated Jan 18th.

2. A letter stating dated Jan 21st that they returned (it was enclosed inside it) one of my fiance divorce paper saying that they dont need it anymore. I enclosed 3 of my divorce papers.

My question is; Can we say that the 2nd letter as the RFE that they talked about? But normally RFE requires more documents, but it is not. So, what should we do now coz we heard that when we got RFE we have to respond it? We confuse.

Is it Red Flag in Indonesia Consulate if we file K1 right away once we get the Divorce Decree?. Anybody for Indonesia's Beneficiary had this before?

Ok. I applied for a K1 in 03 that was delayed due to a request for more information.

This is the scenario. I lived with a woman for 6 years in Texas and we never actually applied for a marriage licence. We split and I decided to try and marry a foriegn bride. I listed my "common law" as my wife on the application. I explained that we never ever actually had a marriage licence but they still asked me to produce a divorce certificate. I never followed up because my foreign fiancee and I decided not to get married.

My question is do I have to list this on my current K1 application as a rejection.? Also how do I get past them asking for a divorce certificate if we never were actually married?
