wala pa ang noa1 namin until now..wala akong confirmation number fron usps kasalanan ng asawa ko ityo di nya pinaregister,,palagi na lang kaming palpak

maka reseb ka rin ng NOA1 soon,,ganito tlaga pg my iprocess my iisipin kung anu na nangyari,,Ganun din ak dati sa AOS ko lagi ko inisip kung tama ba lahat pgkafill up sa mga papers ko at documents na sinasubmit ko or mg ka RFE ba ak..pero sa wakas ayun natapos na rin ang AOS ko at ngka 2years green card na rin,,,darating din sayo be patience lang sa paghintay,,,,,,,,

God is so great!!..went to see the OB-Gyne for the first time in my life....we found out that I'm already 7 weeks pregnant...we're expecting a baby!!..Thank you Lord for a wonderful blessing...may everyone have a Happy Easter!!..be blessed!!

Home from the office where i suppose to get my social security number,guess what!im 5days late and it wont process for me,i got here last jan.19 so my expiry is this coming april 19,so they said i should have went to there office 14days before my expiry,its a #######!i never know this thing!thought long as u get married within 60days prior to ur entry everything will be fine:(Now anybody experience this?what should we do now?

october 2010 and she just file i think this month of AOS,,shes also tight of money and filing of Aos so expensive too lots of money.Leave it blank or zero means wla kang social security number,Before u submit all your documents make sure to have copy them all..for in case if u have interview soon in ur AOS.

its better u get a SSN if u have already a green card,But if u want to work already when u have EAD u can go back to SSN and show ur EAD they will give u a social security number with DHS authorization,that means its only valid on the date of EAD.,Then u can go back again in Social security office when u have a green card to show ur green card and they will give u another social security card with they same number without DHS authorization.I have a frend that arrive last year its october 20...

i file before my AOS without a social security number,The state of my husband would not allow to give a social security number for hanggat wla akong maipakita na EAD or green card,,And the lady told me in the social security office to process me first my AOS to let know the USCIS that im already married here in US,And the lady also told me thats the purpose of social security number is to work,,And the she said to as long as i did not process my AOS i cannot also work or apply a job here in U...

Maganda bang gumamit nang fedex para magsend nang documents papunta dito sa Philippines? Tinatanong kasi nang fiancé ko kung anong magandang gamitan. Any suggestions?
