  1. I am foreign fiancee of US Citizen. my fiance entered to USA on sep 30 2010 on K1 Visa. Due to family emergency, I have to leave US before getting married, on 28th Oct 2010. It was really unfortunate because I had to use all the money we had for my grandma whu past away the 28th, what should we do now? does he have to leave the country?? we just got our license to married. thanks for ur help.

  3. It means that something is missing from your petition, and they need that missing 'something' to continue processing your case. An RFE can be anything from a signature missing from a form, to having a document missing like a birth certificate or a divorce decree, or wanting to see more evidence of your relationship. When you get the hardcopy RFE in the mail, it will detail exactly what they need from you.

    You will get a letter from USCIS specifically detailing what it is that they want you to send in or correct
