unfortunately if you have been caught in any lie or mishap with USCIS all credibility is out the door and they can deny any chance for immigration, times are getting tougher by the moment for immigration and with the global scenarios involving terrorism ( not saying anyone here is such ) they have just cause to be cautious in any case.
this does not mean the end of your journey, but I will bet if the boat is rocked any more USCIS will just ban the party involve and be done with it... regardless, sorry, their job is not to emotionally care, just do their job and not let any questions be unanswered!

I am the Petitioner, she is the worrier...lol... I love you sweetie!!!
like all of you we went thru a lot of research and alone time, we went to lawyers at first and then found this place and did it all ourselves... wooo hooo!!!
thank you Visa Journey!
as most of you know the beneficiary does a great deal with medicals and interviews, the nerve racking stuff, I appreciate what she went thru for us!
Thank You sweetie!!!!
she also worked extra hours while waiting to help finance this Journey, as we all know it is expensive! while trying to live lives apart for how ever long it takes, as we still have lives to support, 2 households! WHILE IN A RECESSION AT THAT!!! funny we were on vacation at Disneyland in 2008 when the first bubble broke and the whole economic issue began to surface,
just think we all made it thru this journey in these times! congrats to you all!!!

if the USC can't show a steady income of at least 18000.00 ( if I am right for 2010 ) then a co-sponsor is needed that is right, it is the USC that has to show proof that he/she can support the pair, regardless of the line of work the immigrant my be able to do, there is no certainty that they ( the immigrant ) will get a job right away, and that is still something that has to be applied for after the wedding ( a permit to work legally ) , so it will be a couple months minimum before the immigrant of the couple can work anyway.

Best to have as many pics as you can, even at the interview my fiancee did not submit one email nor email records, but if that is your main proof than give them all you got!
we don't really email so this is one reason why, we video conference on Skype a couple times a day, again I can not speak for the embassy's in any other country than England, but I asked her if they asked for emails at the interview and she said no. She said it was almost like it was approved before the interview. Be thorough in you paperwork and make sure you know the small stuff about your fiance/fiancee.

yes use as much as you can, I sent in plane tix, copies of passport stamps, but not one email, I did send in pics though done in compilation, I sent in 5 different compilations done like this one below, it seemed to work fine for us!
good luck

ya, they dont run a credit check! not this year anyway!! lol
I sent a copy of my W-2s for just 2009, and 2 most recent pay stubs along with a letter on company letter head stating I did work there sign by the boss!that is it.

I guess it is different in different countries, as in England, My fiancee went on her own and it lasted maybe 5 minute, she said it was ridiculous how simple it was, they did not even ask any questions about me really, she said she has had harder times at the airport!

the best you can do is find a co-sponsor and hope for the best, without a full time job and some time at it you will not be able to go it alone, the US government has reasons for this, as they are not trying to discredit love, but make sure they are not allowing an immigrant to enter into financial hardship right off the bat!

yes, on where you live, put date of move in to present,
I would not worry about job titles, just the company and how long, as for "Occupation" go with what you are classified now! you will be fine, as when you do the I-134 you will need a letter from your employer to verify this information.
good luck!

Visa Journey helped me out! we , My fiancee and I , were able to go thru the whole process without the help of a lawyer, saved us a bunch of money! and the interview was complete yesterday, just 5 days shy of 9 months from the date I sent in the I-129f!
good luck!!

not sure you can be "AT" the interview, as the officers will want to speak to your fiance alone. You could wait there though I am sure!

well I shall update how our Visa Journey has been later today, but I will tell you to hold tight it will happen,
I am in California and my fiancee is in England, we have been engaged now for near 2 years, My fiancee left for England after a 3 month stay on Nov. 19th 2009, we sent in the I-129 on Jan 29th and received NOA-1 first week of March, yesterday Aug. 24th my fiancee had her interview at the embassy in London! the interview took all of 5 minutes once her number was called, she was a bit disappointed that it went so quick as the build up to the interview was intense, but we passed!!! We did all the paperwork ourselves, and had only one hiccup, but it was easily fixed.
If anyone has any questions I will be glad to answer
I have only seen my fiancee a total of 10 days this year( since Nov. ) so I know what you are going thru!
you will get thru it
Interview harassment or what ?

I would not want it to be so easy, that anyone can sham a marriage and come to this country coz they cannot otherwise get any visa to enter the country.
If that ever happens country will be ruined.
AMEN!
