no need to wait the letter from embassy as long as u have the appointment letter received in your email u can print it off then bring that one for your medical in st lukes and of course u need that appointment letter for your interview also together with some important docs.

no checklist! tell him to bring your income tax return,w2,photos,chat logs,phone logs,birth certificate,nbi clearance,cenomar if he is single..check everything if i forgot to mentioned something needed for his interview.goodluck
