      well i received my visa for only 4 working days after my seminar..and yes you have to attend the seminar before you fly coz prism will give you certification that u attended the seminar already and u can go ahead and get your stamp done in CFO coz they wont allow you to fly if u cant have your cfo certificate and your passport stamp by CFO..

      u have to call NVC to see if when was the approved petition left to their office..they will tell you and for that they will tell u your approved petition has on the way to manila..

      well the console asked only basic questions like where how did we met,my fiance's age,what he do for living and he spoke tagalog very impressive! goodluck to both of you
