my belarussian wife has an appointment may 10 in warsaw,, the polish embassy in minsk said she should come back in june and were very rude. there were many people there and they are very busy because of turmoil in minsk.. if she gets an tourist visa from a travel agency who would book travel,, will the american embassy in warsaw accept this... we also have to present a waiver to the embassy in warsaw.. has anyone had to do this and what were the results... thanks any help will be appreciated jacque

she has an interview in warsaw poland on may 10 and she went to polish embassy in minsk with a very long line and they told her to come back in june..if she goes thru a travel agency and gets a tourist visa for poland, will the american embassy honor that .. will that cause a problem jacque

thanks, does she need this to file or just for interview,, she says they do ask for her to have info when she files for interview ,, it normally takes at least 4 weeks before interview right

our k1 was approved and she has to send in paperwork for her interview in warsaw,,,,, medical ,police serch etc.. does she need a copy of my information and a current letter of intent to file for interview does she need my info for interview i.e. my new letter of intent my support info , my financials etc copies of everything i sent for original packet thanks jacque

Whether your felony matters depends on whether it was for something like domestic violence. If it was a sex crime, your petition (not application) would have been denied instead of approved. The impact of the overstay depends on it's length. 180 to 364 days carries a 3 year re-entry ban with 365 days or more a 10 year ban.
no domestic violence, agg assault on a man, served time, only crime in 63 yrs.. done probation.. how strict are they if it was over 364 days will they hold this up in nva for either problem

i applied for a k1 visa for my fiance i'm a us citizen with a felony conviction 5 yrs ago only served 8 months . the lawyer said it didn't matter and i didn't have to fill in form.. i have the approval for fiance and it has been sent to nva.. she has no record , but overstayed on tourist visa 3 years ago.. . does my felony matter and will i have to furnish added info i didn't think they would approve and i would have to appeal.. we have met several times and have proof and supplied good support info etc thanks jacque
