We did form DS-160 as that's what the packet 3 had requested, but at the interview they said they wanted a DS-156 instead! They said they'd been instructed to stop using the DS-160, so they've changed back to DS-156. It was no problem as they have a PC there that you can use to fill out and print the form anyway.

One last question, if you don't mind - at what stage did you send the email to Montreal? After they had received the case from NVC, but before they sent out the packet 3? Your timeline is so quick, its hard to tell.

Hi, I don't what they want yet, the RFE status just appeared on the website today... will have to wait until the letter arrives. You don't need to include the I134 with the I129F so it must be something else.
