    Got I-693 supplement for $15 after battling a young lady insisting i need another medical exam. their meridian medical group branch in sanjose faxed them sample transcriptions. they did my transcription 4x before the lady got it right but it was not her fault as she didnt have any experience re: K1's I-693. Went to SSA office in modesto right after & applied for my SSN

      wow....lucky you, kc sa akin we paid $500 1 vaccine lang yan huh! But no choice sabi nlang ng hubby q its oki doki coz i worth everything nman dw! Kelan ka dumating rito sa US sis? got my SSN na last April and used my hubby's surename!

      I filled out an AR-11 for myself (non-USC spouse) and the I-865 for my husband (USC spouse)...USCIS received and acknowledged them both.

      & u sent this together with ur AOS right? i saw the I-865 form on the uscis website & it says expires 11/30/2010 is it still ok to use this?

      laht ng form ifile mo maliban sa 1-693 kase ikaw magpafillup nyan sa surgeon na malapit sa inyo physical check up then look nila kung ano kulang na vaccinations.
