beneficiary is from the Philippines. and the co-sponsor is the grandmother of my fiance..

Thank you so Much for the Info..I hope and Pray that the consul who will conduct my interview would allow a co-sponsor. I am so much worried now because we have a 1 year old son and what if they don't accept co-sponsor because they'll gonna think that we may be a public charge in the US then.. :(

I had my medical examinations last Aug 3, 2010 and since medical is for 2 days, Im finally finished with my medical just yesterday, THANKS GOD. Hope this could help my fellow filipinas or kabayan on the medical process:

You have to bring the following:

-passport not just a photocopy

-3 pcs 2 by 2 picture white background

-email confirmation for the schedule of interview (make a 2 copies)

-black pen

-NVC letter showing your Manila case number then you need to photocopy it

I arrived in SLMC around 6:45am and got 195 as my number...so really there are lot of people there. Upon entering the place, you need to show the guard your passport, your NVC letter then they will give you a form to fill up and a number. After a long wait for my number 195, they will check the documents you have, they will also take a photo of you and a finger scanning. Then you need to go to the 5th floor using the elevator and pay the cashier, i pay 9,814.10 then youll go next to the 4th floor then give your receipt to the reception in laboratory, they would extract blood then give you a urine container so youll have your urine sample. Please take note also of your LMP (last mestrual period) Then you'll go to the 3rd floor for xray, need to removes the upper part of your clothes (t-shirt and bra) if yuou have long hair make sure you have a clip and no jewelries since this would affect your xray result. The next would be the 2nd floor for your physical examinations, for the physical examinations, you need to remove evrything including panties and bra (shy here) and attending doctor will ask you lots of questions regarding your health. After that for immunization interview: here please make sure if you got a chicken fox before, try to find a scar and doctor will asked for it then thats the end of the myfirst day around 2:30pm

My next day, I go directly to 2nd floor for immunization, I only got 2 (MMR and for tetanus)Im a medical technologist so I know I have some of the vaccines needed but if you dont have some vaccines, they would give it to you anyway its included in the payments. Then the last part, on the first floor for the releasing wherein they will get your passort and they would only give you your xray copy in a form of CD and a vaccination record and THATS IT!! 1. when we will exit here in the philippines, do i have to pay a penalty for my son even he already had a Phil passport.? i mean for staying here as a US citizen because his application for CRBA has approved and already had a US passport,do i have to pay a penalty when we will get his exit permit?

3. they said,if you are a holder of a US passport and u will get a philippine passport in phils, then the phil passport is not legal yet,u will have to

DS-5057- affidavit of parentage and physical presence in the US

my question, they sent me a two DS-11 form:

I have a lot of questions for those who have been with the CRBA and US passport of your kid, with the hubby was present on the interview...because my fiance is here in the philippines and we are a bit confused about the documents that we are going to pass like Forms; does it need to be notarize and his US passport if do we need to send them along with the packet or he can just bring it on the interview?..please help for those who have been with the same situation as mine.

questions:

1. Do we still need to notarize all the forms like DS-11, DS-3053,DS-5057 DS-2029?

2. Do we still need to submit the DS-3053(statement of consent)and since we are both going to the interview?

3. about My fiance's US passport do we need to send it along with the forms in the packet or can he just bring it on the interview and just send a Photo copy of his arrival visa stamp

--about the copy of his arrival visa stamp, do we need to notarize the copy?

4. WHAT are the forms or documents that needs to be notarize?..

hello!..anyone pls tell me how long it will take to have CRBA approved and how long it will take to have your US passport in hand?..Because I am going to apply for my sons CRBA and U.S Passport before my fiance will petition Us. Some says it will take a year before u have your CRBA approved and US passport in hand..please tell me honestly and correctly...

thanks for the warmth response by the way im just sharing my daughter's picture =) so please pls be kind enough.. if you have nothing good to say just keep it to your self.. im not in an argument but im so thankful giving tips so we can have the ir2 done.. the only thing they are requiring was 1999-2004 proof of domicile records which i cant provide..since my USC husband was minor and other docs will not help at all..we were able to find 1985-1998, 2004-2009 records and they want records from school or medical history.. which i cant provide since he drop from school around that year 1999..and never got hospitalized by then i asked from a senator help from louisiana which eventually they helped but the US consular officer said it couldnt helped at all..according to my mother MARIO which is my natural born USC needs to provide this proofs.. godbless everyone thanks again

How are YOu? i was reading your post and i Wrote u with Hopes that you can gave me info,,You and My boyfriend are in the same states but his in Loranger,we have a 1 year old son and he will going to file petition this month but we have a problem regarding with our son. They said my son cant travel to the US without registering him at the US embassy for his CRBA and he cant travel without US passport and it get me so much in problem now..

MY questions

can we apply later for his CRBA and get his passport later when we arrive in the US? or we should done that before we my fiance file the petition?

Sorry to hear about that. How cansuch an angel be denied to be with the parents? I did my son's CRBA last AUgust 2008 and never had a problem even he was born in the Philippines.

Your son will need a US Passport before traveling to the USA. His father must be involved in filing the CRBA.

IM Evewila, I have a 1 year old son and his father US citizen..I gave birth to him here in philippines his father was here that time and his the one who sign the birth certificate of my son, and My sons used the surname of his father even we are not married yet but we signed at the back of the Birth Certificate certifies that we are not married yet at the time of birth..I didn't report or apply CRBA for my son..

AND now my fiance will going to bring us to the US, file petition and now I am worried if we will encounter problem later on with my sons status or his illegibility

MY questions are:
