hello happy wifeymom!.ask lang unta ko nimu oi about sa CRBA anyway i had all the forms DS-3053, DS-2029, DS-5507,then DS-11 then why duha kabook DS-11 and the other says please retain or detach..pwede nman cgruo di nato e include sa ug pas ba?..then Kauban nimu emu Hubby pag apply sa CRBA sa baby?..then ask lang ko if emu pba gpa notorize and mga documents like the DS's Forms
