Since your NOA is in June, you should join the June thread, not the May thread
Where exactly i should base the NOA Date? with the Receipt Notice Date (stated in form I-797)? or when i really received the letter by mail (which is 6/3/13)?
coz in Form I-797 the receipt date is 5/31/2013.
anyway, there's also one included in your list that has NOA date on 6/3/13.
MNELEVENTHIRTY.....05/29/13.......06/03/13.......06/28/13.......--/--/--...
but that's fine...just ignore my post...thanks!

We filed our AOS (K1) month of February 2011 together with EAD and AP. After our case was transferred in CSC, in a few weeks after, my EAD and AP got approved and received on hand my EAD card that was May 2011. I was expecting that my GC will be followed soon. I've been waiting for like 2 months now but yet, I have'nt received any update from USCIS. Every now and then Ive checked my case satus at USCIS website and Ive got the same status update in my account since May 2011, (no development) it says:
"The I485 APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS was transferred and is now being processed at a USCIS office. You will be notified by mail when a decision is made, or if the office needs something from you. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283.
Now, I am wondering if this is normal? Among those three application I filed, got approved except for my GC. How long would it take to get the approval of my GC? Why until now I havent recieved any updates?
Please..hope somebody could enlighten me with this matter..Thank you.

Guys, I am now in 10th days of waiting for my Visa to be delivered. I had an interview appointment last Oct. 1, 2010 and fortunately, it was approved.
I am worried coz until now, I haven't received yet my Visa. Somebody says, it was only 5-10 days processing including the delivery time. I tried to call at USEM Call Center (19091017878) yesterday and they told me that my documents application is stil under review. They informed me that the turned around time will be a maximum of six (6) weeks. If there's nothing happened within six weeks that's the time the call center agent will make a report. They want me to follow up again on Nov. 11, 2010 if still I haven't received my Visa.
Sometimes, in a call center, I don't know if I will believe on them or not. They can't directly answer all your quiries. What they know is the same answer to all questions, whoever you are or whatever the case of thier callers. They are only dependent to thier notes & references provided to them by thier company. They don't really know the status of your papers.
Any member had the same experience with me? that thier Visa was delivered for more than 10 days or more??? I just want to make sure if this really happen or this is normal???
I am just wondering that if they say that it depends on a "case to case" basis. My case isn't that complicated. We are both single, never been married, We've been gf/bf for more than 10 years. We are both Filipinos, my fiancee was able to obtain her Citizenship thru Naturalization. She's working as Nurse and I am working too here in Philippines. I think our application was more comprehensible compare to others. I will understand that if ever there was a delay on the processing of my Visa if my case is more on complexity.
They haven't asked me for additional requirements. So what's more to review???
Anyone knows how to follow up the status of my Visa at USEM Manila? What number to be called (except for the call center number)?
I am sorry guys, to feel this way....I am sick of waiting...Thanks for understanding.

If you've only made 1 trip try o make another or attend the USEM interview. Multiple trips aren't required but they are still a BIG plus in showing you guys have a bonafide relationship at the Interview.
You only need to prove you met in person in the last 2 years for the initial petition. Letters, chats, pictures with you, her and her family will come into play at the interview when she has to prove you guys have a "bonafide relationship"
I/ my fiancee was denied the first time for lack of pictures with me, her and her family. Second time I/she had MULTPLE pictures and I made multiple trips also.
Do I need to photocopy all the pictures? Or just I need to submit the original pictures? They will get all the pictures? or they will return it to you?
If they will return all the photos, what will be serve as thier copies?

She only need one valid id for identification upon entering US Embassy in Manila. She can use her NBI clearance for this.

My interview is this coming Oct. 12 and for DS156K i will just wait by Oct. 1 if they will extend the expiration date of the said form which Im going to use.
No need to fill-up DS160 because K1 visa is excempted so meaning we just have to fill-up DS156,DS156K & DS157.
FROM NVC WEBSITE:
Nonimmigrant Visa Applications
* DS-160: Online Nonimmigrant Visa Application (for all nonimmigrant categories except K, N, S, T, U applications)
My interview schedule is on October 1, the form I prepared will expire on September 30,2010 since there's stillno available new form.
How will I know the extension of the validity of Form 156K?
Hope somebody could help us...Thank you.

My Fiance in the Philippines lived and worked in Dubai for years 2005-2007. Somewhere in the K-1 procedure she is asked to present a police clearance certificate from any countries she had lived in. From what I see Dubai doesn't do this by mail. It has to be done in person. Has any one else had to deal with this issue ? Any info you can send me would be appreciated.
Where is your fiancee right now?
If she no longer in UAE, I think it's the same with Saudi Arabia that if third country national is no longer in a country Police Reords is not available.
Based on Reciprocity Schedule of UAE. You can find it here >>>> http://travel.state.gov/visa/fees/fees_4881.html?cid=3698
Police RecordsAvailable, only if applicant is physically present in the UAE.Police certificates may be obtained by any person, regardless of nationality, by personally appearing at the Central Police Headquarters located in the emirate of residence or former residence. When appearing to request a police certificate, the applicant should provide recent photographs, a letter from the requesting authority, the date of residence in the emirate, and their passport.
Not available by mail. Post recommends that consular officers waive the general requirement to obtain police certificates unless the applicant lives in the UAE.
Just print & present the Reciprocity Schedule with Consul in case He will look for Police Clearance. That will I gonna in case he will look my Police clearance from Saudi Arabia. I was in Saudi Arabia year 2007-2009.
Hope this could help you in anyway.

Hello Everyone,
I am confused with the Instructions of I 134. In Execution of Affidavit, it stated there: "Form I 134 must be signed in your full name."
What does it mean? Sponsor should signed it with her full name? or full signature? What my fiancee did is, she signed it with her full name using a long hand stroke. (This is not her signature used in all legal documents.)
Hope somebody can enlighten me with this. Thank you.

Affadavit of Support
Instructions for the I-134
Execution of Affadavit
A seperate affidavit must be submitted for each person. You, as the sponsor, must sign the affidavit in your full, true and correct name. You are signing this form under penalty of perjury under U.S. law.

CORRECTION: What I actually have is FORM 1040 (Individual Income Tax Return) and FORM2555 (FOREIGN EARNED INCOME)
What is the W-2 means?
I have the 1040 Form (US Individual Tax Return) 2009 from my fiancee and I can't find W-2 with it? Thus, 1040 form is enough or still I need a copy of W-2?
Thanks Everyone!

Good day!!..
..we've been in the same position before,,I fill out a new one online and I brought the new one during my interview..they wouldn't mind even if you fill up again and again.....just prepare a new one with a new barcode!!..God bless!!
The barcode is just a way for them to scan in your answers instead of having to hand-type everything. It speeds things up for them. It doesn't generate a code saying how many times you've filled out the form. You can do it as many times as you need to get it right. They'd prefer it to be right on your 108th time, than to do it once and have it wrong at the interview. Well.... I say THEY.... they don't really care if it's right or wrong, they'd just give you a blue slip if it were wrong.
Just fill out a new one and take it to the interview.
Thank you very much to both of you. I already printed another set of DS-156, at least right now I am confident that I am doing the right thing.
Thank you to you, DODI and POOKAPHILUS!!!
God Bless us all!

Did you mean the DS-160?
The DS-156 is a printable form, but you send in the paper copy, it doesn't go directly to the embassy/consulate. The DS-160 is electronically submitted.
Which embassy/consulate are you using?
Thank you so much for your response.
I use the DS-156 form thru this website http://travel.state.gov/visa/forms/forms_1342.html
and I am applying here in Philippines (US Embassy Manila).
So, it does'nt matter if how many times I edited the DS-156 form eventhough it generates barcode & barcode number? It will not affect my application coz Consul might think that I am not sure with my answers due to changes?
Thank you once again..

Hello Everyone,
I am about to schedule my K1 Visa Interview this coming third week of September. As part of the requirements,I filled up a DS-156 Electronic Visa Application Form. Unnoticeably,I filled up wrong information in Q#37. And also,I would like to edit some of my answers in other questions. My DS-156 Form was already generated and printed with barcode and barcode number. My concern is, Can I edit my DS-156 Electronic Form on State.gov website since I have only a copy of PDF File? If yes, How and where can I edit that Form? Or should I prepare a new one? There will be no conflict with the first DS-156 Form I prepared?
Hope someone could help me with this. Thank you so much. Your inputs is very much appreciated.
