  1. I think I basically have the same question discussed in this thread.

I have moved and changed addresses in between the I-129F approval and AOS stages. I just used my new address for the AOS paperwork. From reading on the USCIS site and on this forum, it would appear that is all I would need to do. My only worry is that on the approved I-I29F we put that she intends to live at my old address. This may be a silly question, but do the USCIS and foreign embassies communicate that change to each other, or do I need to notify the USCIS.

I just wonder if at her interview the consulate will look at the I-129F and see one address, then at the AOS and see another, and may wonder what the issue is. It would appear, though, that, since the petition is no longer pending, it is not required that I notify the USCIS.

I am considering filling out the "change of address" online with the USCIS and just pretending as if I didn't know the difference between pending and approved, just to be safe. :)

  2. She received her packet 3 yesterday, only two days after I received the NVC letter that they would be sending it on to Kiev. Kiev is all over it. This process has been miraculous for us as prior to 2010, from what I could tell, the K-1 process had been taking 6-7 months if not longer. Depending on when she interviews, she could have her visa in under 90 days from start to finish. We weren't even expecting our NOA 2 until late June. Hoping not to offend anyone that is still waiting...it is just such a blessing. Keep believing.

  3. I'm glad to see Kiev is turning interviews around like hotcakes :) I hope we get through NVC fast enough to have a late April interview.

Hell, we might even meet you there :)

Are you going to be attending with your fiancee?

We're also glad to see Kiev is on the ball. Recieved NVC letter over the weekend. Our petition should be arriving in Kiev this week. Good luck fellow Kiev couples and everyone else!
