I just have a question about citizenship...

I been in the usa for 2 years and 2 month now , and i still with my wife in the same house together,also i am working here from the 1st month i got here,  my questions did i have to apply for citizenship now ?

Because i go the uscis website and they approve it, i think they say they will charge me $760 , i dont know if i can apply or i have to wait?

i have a usa visa but i am passing through sweeden and the next flight to usa in 12 hrs , but they stop me at airport saying that i need a Transit Visa , so can someone explain to me how to get one? or go back to sweeden and then to usa with no Transit Visa ?, because its a cheap flight this way....

Okay I need some help on this one. My husband got his visa today along with the packet they tell you not to open and give to officer at POE. The office of Aramex gave him the packet with a open cut on the right hand corner. Is this something new that they do? You can see documents inside and it's seal other side. Is this going to be a problem at POE?

yes they reaffirmed our cas and have another interview and i was wating like 45 again untill i hear from embassy , and they tell me to send them some paper with doctor exam ...

first of all thanks to everybody here on this forum for help , we been wating to be togather me and my wife for long time 6 year marriage and we know each other from 2007 and last night or visa issued and i got message from aramex today to pickup the passport ... 

thanks again and good luck to other who wating for their visa , its just need to wait dont giveup ....

Still waiting for a answer from USCIS. I call and call get same response over and over which is wait 60 more days.

They sent a letter requesting more information which I sent back right away. They would make a decision after this info was received now we are in another year and still no answers! My last call I asked for a supervisor and was told I would have to wait until 15 days before I can speak to anyone about our case.  

At this point you do not need a FOIA because USCIS will send you a letter (NOID/NOIR) which will list the reason(s).

This letter can take several months to arrive. Yes, you could have requested a FOIA for your expired K1.

When you receive the letter from USCIS you will know the reason(s) and can respond accordingly.

If USCIS is satisfied with your response (you get 30 days to respond) they will reaffirm and send it again to the embassy with rcommendation

to approve and the embassy can 1.) approve with or without a second interview or 2.) return it again (usually they will approve at this point).

If USCIS is not satisfied with your response and your evidence to support it they will deny the petition.

You will have one shot to get it right, when you receive the NOID/NOIR so I advise you to post the reasons for feedback.

In some cases USCIS will not send a NOID/NOIR letter but will reaffirm and send the petition to the embassy, you will then hear from the

embassy, if not then contact them at that point.

So you have a

1. Denied K1 - why? Never given a reason
2. Married filed I-130 Denied at USCIS - why? Reason given was " Not a Bonafied Marriage / Relationship
3. Refiled I-130
4. Interview, put in AP 6 months 3 months
5. Petition is being returned

Do you have a lawyer? No and never request FOIA because they let K-1 case expire at uscis , so I did not know I could still request this FOIA

After your denials did you ever request your FOIA I personally believe all this is tied together. This is just too much denials and a lawyer probably would have gotten the actual transcript of the interview to find out what was said and asked.

What reasons have you been given when prior visas have been denied? Have you done all you can to fix the prior reasons? Just getting married won't fix things if the K1 is denied

Wasn't your case in AP? How long since ypur interview?

It means they have completed their AP and are refusing a Visa and returning your petition asking USCIS to revoke it.

Expect about 8 months to a year before you hear anything from USCIS.

I'm really sorry. Wasn't your first petition returned also so ypu refilled?

Thank you , i been on AP for 4 month , and they call me to come the usa counslat and then they give me this letter with my passport . our case been denide before on K1 and also on cr1 on first step , and now its say that case has been suspended under section 221(g) ..

can we do something now ?

Need an answer to what? If the consulate has requested to see you, then assuming you want a visa you need to go. No one here can tell you what they want or need. You must appear and find out.
