      No I have not filed the appeal ... we are just going to refile the petition again and pray this time they accept our documents ... the RFE for BC's seem to be something new they are requesting out of the local offices of uscis ... it's like being on a wild ride that you can't get off!!!

      I got an RFE for my hubby's BC too from the local Dallas Office on Dec 13th I sent it back on the 15th and got my NOA2 on Dec 20th so inshallah once you send that in you will get your NOA2. I have my hubby got and get on back in Nov after I saw somebody else get asked for their BC so I already had it and just had to send it :D

      Hi Hamigirl wish it was only a BC we needed it would be so easy lol we will file our I-130 again I was making a comment about the BC's to florida4life who got a RFE for her hubby's BC as well. Hope all will go well for you on this journey!
