I think you have a lot of evidence to send. The only thing you may add is a letter from your bank showing an average balance on your joint account. We were asked to submit it for a conditional green card after an interview and as I understand it looks more presentable, or more official for USCIS. If you go to your bank and request it they will send it in mail in 2 weeks.

We had an interview when filed adjustment of status for the conditional green card. Most of the questions were asked to check whether we really live together, she looked at the pictures from our file and asked about people who were posing with us, after the interviewer told my husband to wait outside, she asked some of this questions: I was asked to describe our bedroom, our address, what we ate for breakfast, how we met, how my husband proposed, where we went on our first date. Then she invited him while I was waiting outside and he was asked the same questions. In our case the entire interview took about 2.5 hours and we also had to submit some extra documents (including a deed for a house) but finally we were approved. And I have to admit that our interviewer was very polite and delicate so it was not unpleasant experience at all.

I also noticed post decision activity on my EAD and AOS couple months ago - I guess it means that they are working on the case

I checked my status online and it said that on May 18 production of a card was ordered!!!!!!! I did not expect it to be processed so fast - in less than 3 months. Good luck to everyone who is still waiting and thanks to all members of this forum for sharing information and helping others. These are the papers we submitted with I-751:
- Tax transcripts for 2008
- monthly statements from our joint account
- utility bills on both names
- an official letter from the bank with an average ballance on the joint and my husband's accounts
- a letter from a board (we live in a condominium) stating that we live together since XX XX 2007
- a letter from our neighbour (it was not notarized)
- some pictures
- dental insurance on both names
- copies of driver's license/id with the same address

My affidavit that was required for conditional 2-year green card was notarized by paralegal - I remember that it required also one witness.

I would say decision will take around 14-20 days if you was not approved at the interview. We had an interview for a temporal green card and after sending some documents that an interviewer asked for the final decision was made in 22 days.

Thank you for sharing with us details of your interview. Congratulations!!!!!!!!

As long as I know the affidavit of support that was required for a conditional green card has its power for 10 years what covers even a longer period of time than the time needed to obtain a permanent green card and even citizenship.

Hi everyone! I received my green card in the mail today. The envelope looked different from ones they use to send NOA and biometrics letters so i did not even think it was a green card before i opend it. It was quite surprising!!! Good luck to everyone who is still waiting.
