Hi, I have a friend who's in K-1 visa and wants to file her adjustment of status. She has a daughter however that she wants to come live with her in the U.S. Her daughter was listed on her I-129F. She is somewhat confused on what forms to fill out to bring her to the U.S. Does she need to fill out the form I-130 and does it need to be included with her application for adjustment of status or can this be filed at a later date?
