Why can't immigration at least give me something..."he's 1,390 on the list", "he'll be interviewed in November"...something!! Why, God?

It seems like you've everything in place! It's always good to have more than enough evidence than just enough! You have more than enough evidence and I'm sure your husband will have a 'one touch' if you obtain tax transcripts for 2009 and 2010 and send to him before the interview. Your name will never go unmentioned in our prayers! God bless!

make sure you send him a copy of the baby's birth certificate and photos...I went in with our son's birth certificate and photos...I was asked to come in for a second interview only because I didn't bring tax transcripts...CO was satisfied so I was given 2nd interview 2 weeks away just enough time to get the transcripts...no question was asked during the 1 minute second interview. Get tax transcripts from IRS if you don't have them yet. God bless.

Unfortunately, we were denied. We are going to start the apeal process just need to know where or any ideas

I'm so sorry to hear that after all these months! But I'm sure you'll be able to overcome whatever the reason on which the denial is based. The information in the denial letter will act as a guide to action as to the next step. If it's about lack of documentations to prove a bonafide relationship, you can go ahead and marry instead of appealing. All the best and keep the love going!
