We are doing great. He has adjusted very well and continuing to get better at all he does. In Aug he will have been here 3 yrs. He starts college at Auburn University this fall for animal sciences / equine. We still are learning to grow together. It is not always easy since there are differences in the ways we were raised. The best thing is we work together to make our lives and marriage better. It takes a lot of work and I love him more each day.

Almost one year here and things are going great.....Please dont forget to keep that patience you gained during the wait, it helps when your spouse gets here and is adjusting. It can be tough at times, but Im here to tell you that Tamer is worth it. I wish you all the best wishes with your spouse.

VISA APPROVED!!! No questions, no evidence asked for just Approval, seriously folks it was that simple. Crazy!!! Crazy in a good way! Posted about interview in the Ahmed and Amber interview tomorrow topic started by Engo yesterday. Gonna go sleep now will write more later! Craaaaazy, visa approval with no questions asked!

You know not all people feel that way. Most I encounter here adjusted better to it the longer we were in a relationship. People are now fasinated to know my husband is from Egypt. I think people feel a little hesitant because of the failures of online meeting. Hold your head up high and keep being in love. Best wishes.

I THINK I AM DREAMING. My husband said the Embassy called his 2 times this morning but he was asleep. He called them and a lady said they will call him back. Sooo tommorow is our 1 year anniversary... I am so happy, we made it a year, but at the same time I feel such sadness to see we are still apart. Goodness I am really beginning to hate this visa journey!

Husband has ss card and has a job. Were still waiting for his new green card. Had a biometrics appt last week.

my hubby is infront of the consulate he will have his interview in a hour inchalla yarabi ysehalll i am so excited inchallla all will go welll i hope.

Things are started to get much better after 5 months. Samer has gotten a much better paying job. Samer is also in his second Quarter of college classes. Nebraska does not accept hs Bachlors in Accounting. So he must start all over.
