    AOS was rejected! They say the revision date was wrong on the I-485. The date was changed 4 days AFTER they rejected our app. I think it was a scam to get the new fee in. Now we hafta pay the new fee. %$*%#!

      the wedding next week is purely for aos, so will be in front of a judge. the wedding we will consider our day will be in hawaii in dec.

      Interesting read, but it doesn't mention the K1 at all.

      If they are holding on to visas then why did everyone who interviewed the same day as us receive theirs already?

    Embassy said they sent packet 3 out on Monday....so, where is it???????

      Mine didn't show up for almost 10 days after they said it was sent out. It usually sits around for a bit then we have to rely on wonderful Canada Post!
