Thank you for all your support. I spoke to the Haiti consulate regarding my K1 packet 3 and the guy was so nice in answering my questions. All packet 3 are mailed to the person in Haiti and the petioner as well. He said it may take up to three weeks to receive. Also you the beneficiary must have a physical done first before returning the packet to sogebank and the fee is $131.00
