i would like to ask about g-325 this is include in filing i-130 and it mentioned need beneficiary signed . so it is fine that i will send thoufg email my g-325 to my spouse with my sign or i need to send throght dhl for original copies signature?

  I am unsure whether or not you will have issues with your documents without original signatures. Personally, I think it might pose an issue. While visiting my wife in her country, I brought all of the forms with me and extra copies to get her signature on them, in case of an error. I really would not chance it, so if you are unable to visit and complete the forms together I would have her download the forms from the USCIS website or you scan and email them to her. Have...
