My check is still not cashed. It has been 20 days now.

What is TSC doing?

Looks like, all of us are having same problem. I think because of fee changes end of July, TSC just got overloaded with applications. That could be delaying everyone. It seems like they have not lost our application.

I am trying to gather all documents to file I-751 for my wife. Her green Card expiration date is 09/12/2007.

1. Please some tell me if I am not really late on process. I am just worried if I don’t get extension before expiration date.

2. for Affidavits supports letter,

Can I just use my brother and brother-in-law's letter? OR Do I need someone other then family member?

Do I just notarize the letter or something else to make it affidavit?
