I am in a dilema, when i came to USA USCIS gave me a conditional green card. And when I submited the form I-751 i receive a letter that i don't have a conditional residence. Now i have to fill the I-90 form and i doubting to fill on Class admission like LPR(legal permanent residence) and in additional information the two questions . Sombody can help me with that?

sorry i didn't add my timeline, I had an issue in 2000 so we have to wait more time. But the good thing is we didn't hire a lawyer. We submited all the documents that they requiered and the translations I did them official, the bonafy married we submited tree of them two from Perú(my friend) one from USA(My husband's friend, no pictures just in case I made an album that i took to the interview. We sent the I-30 on january 6th and received the NOA1 on january 7th.The 10th we reviwed the uscis page and we found this: On May 9, 2011, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE.Also he get the the notification. Now we are waiting for the notification of NVC.

I didn't do it them because my husband didn't send the pepers yet, and I know those papers have limit time...
So what about your papers, could you find a sponsor?
