It's weird how fast the first year of marrige went. I hope we don't forget to apply for the removal of conditions.

AOS interview today -- APPROVED!! "Green Card" is on it's way! Now we can relax for a while, and enjoy our forever!

Finally.. AOS Interview, May 17th!! So ready to be able to rest easy for a while, and not have to worry about immigration,

EAD and AP approved on February 10th. One step closer.

Really needing the house in England to sell or an EAD to come soon.

Interview was last Wednesday. German police certificate was needed since Daz was stationed in Germany while in the Army. Embassy said everything else was perfect, and Visa would be approved once the police certificate came back with no indiscretions. Hoping to get this cleared up within a few weeks. Gutted that no visa was issued that day, but thankful it's something that can be taken care of. Think happy thoughts - think happy thoughts...

Thanks for your reply. I just worry about everthing way too much. We never received packet 3 in the mail, although we sent the required stuff in without receiving it. So, I feel like the mail their is not reliable. Oh, well.. I suppose we will wait until next week and see if they received everything. I am sure the NVC is getting tired of me calling, lol.

My fiance sent his normal post, and I know how unpredictable UK mail can be. I thinking if they have not recieved our packet by next week, I am going to as him to overnight it. Thanks!
