    Enigma I appreciate your feedback. Perhaps you can answer another question I have. My fiance does not recieve regular mail at her apartment in puerto plata. Is there another way for her to recieve the packet from the embassy prior to the interview.?

      Hey Sky.. No they will mail it to her or leave it at the post office closest to her.. they will also send you a copy as well here in the States. My Fiance went back a few weeks before the Interview and got a physical copy reprinted but it took a day so he had to go twice. Some people have had luck emailing the Embassy directly (AFTER they have received the file of course)but that will be much later... :-D you have time.
