  1. We received an RFE on 5-24-2013 and we sent in everything we had on 6-10-2013.We just received an email from USCIS telling us that my wife's 10 year greencard is approved and to allow up to 30 days to receive it in the mail.We didn't have to have an interview. We sent our I-751 to the VSC.We are so happy it is approved and we are done with ROC.We can file for naturalization later this year.

  2. Hopefully our application can get approved quickly as yours! My husbands case was transferred to CSC on December 6, 2010. Who else has had this experience of getting immediately approved without an interview?

We just got approved without an interview today. This was pretty quick. My wife received her AP and EAD last week.We filed it in October 2010 and it got transfered to the CSC on November 30,2010 and it went alot quicker than we thought it would. We are very happy it got approved without an interview so quickly. We hope other people have this same experience that we had.

  3. I have a few questions regarding Form I-134 that I hope you could help me with.

My fiance sent me the form along with his W2's, letter of employment, and letter from the bank. But there was one problem with Form I-134. Instead of checking the "I intend" he ticked "I do not intend" on question #11 regarding financial support.

We both did not understand the question and since it stated "specific contributions" he thought it was best to tick the "do not intend" box. But of course, he's going to be paying for everything. Is that going to cause any problem with the consulate?

Also, do we have to print it in one paper back to back? Can he just scan it with his signature and email it to me? My interview is on Monday and we don't have enough time to have it shipped.

I'm really hoping you can help me. Thank you very much!

He should have checked I intend onquestion #11.I checked I intend on mine. You will also need his tax return from last year. You don't have to print the I-134 omn a single sheet of paper back to back.I printed mine on two sheets of paper and my fiance didn't have any problem with it at her interview. They will only accept an original I-134 Affidavit of Support with your fiance's signature on it.They won't accept a copy of it.He will have to send it to you by Fedex or DHL to get it to you quickly. If you take a copy of your fiance's I-134 to your interview you will get denied because they won't accept it.It has to be an original I-134.My fiance got approved and received her visa and went to the CFO yesterday and got the sticker in her passport. Her interview was on May 7 and she received her visa on May 15 and got the sticker in her passport yesterday.I can't wait until she get's here.I'm also paying for everything too.

  4. Hi gooday.

Would you help me . I want to ask about your post. I am concerned about K1 or fiance visa. Actually my fiance applied since March 2010. He did not pay yet? He just submitted all the documents needed. I sent him all documents like birth certificate ect and he is the same too. Did you pay befor you mailed visa application or after you paid? How long it will take before we get the approve in the Vermont Service Center? Are we should to wait for this approval before we pay?

And what next after you recived the notice from aprrove of your application for fiance visa? are they going to assist you what to do ??? Pls help me. Your help our valued and many thanks,

    Hello Sweet Dove,

You have to send the payment with the application or they won't process it.I sent my check with the application and they sent me the NOA 1 after they recieved it.I sent a copy of both of our birth certificates with the application in case they needed it.After I recieve the NOA 2 in the mail,I will send all of my papers to my fiance in the Philippines for her to take to her interview when she has it.She is getting all of her papers ready to go to her interview and she will have to get a chest x-ray taken and she will take it with her to her medical when she has it.She will be recieving packet 3 from the embassy and she has to fill them out and send them back to the embassy. It is the application for the visa and then she will recieve packet 4 which will contain the information about her medical and interview. It will tell her when her medical and interview are scheduled.
