Order ka muna ng Form sa Air21 i guess 250 pesos yata ang form...basta sabihin mo CRBA and US Passport..Check mo website ng US Embassy tapos punta ka amrican citizen services may mga info dun..It took us almost 3 months bago nakuha namin ang passport nagpa DNA kasi kami para ma skip yung ibang docs na kailangan. Dami kasi hiningi na supporting docs hassle daw sabi ng asawa ko...
