    Late update, but AOS was completed in March of 2013.

    Yes, completed the final AOS appointment on the 3rd of January 2013. Just waiting on our stuff in the mail.

    I was away from the site for awhile. Waiver got approved in July, but they actually misspelled our email address and we found out about the approval on 4 October 2011 after sending an email after the 120 day mark. Approval was verified although Precious has to get another certificate of good behavior, updated medical, and conduct a 2nd interview. This site helped with the waiver a lot. THX!...

    Just got email verification of our NOA2 status on May 4th 2010. We are now awaiting the hardcopy in the mail. I also checked the NCIS website and it now states status approved, not sure exactly what that means, but hopefully it means there won't be much longer in the process.

      Visa waiver approval concerned just waiting to schedule the 2nd interview and Dr's appointment. plane tickets to the states will be all that's left.

      Completed the final interview for AOS on the 3rd of January 2013. Awesome. This was the first interview that the sponsor had to participate in. Advised that everything would be sent in the mail.
