    Yes, I have used the VJ format for emailing DS-3032. I have also emailed it before receiving the DS-3032 email from NVC.

    As far as next process is concerened: it will be paying AOS and IV bills. Print out the barcode sheet and get ready I-864 and DS-230 forms and necessary documentation to send out to NVC. After that wait for interview letter.
