I just received a letter from the US embassy here in Manila saying that our case is eligible and we can now schedule the interview, it also says we need to compile all the needed documents and go medical before interview. I am confused because i am expecting Packet 3 with all the DS-forms or "is this Packet 3?". What will i do next? Sorry guys but i need enlightenment to all this.. Any advice will be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance

we have the same date of sending the I-129f we recieved our NOA1 march3 but on the reciept we recieved is dated feb.19, 2010 and now we still waiting to our NOA2 until now no news from our laywer how come yours is so fast???you got your NOA2 in just 2months any advice you could give me hope you reply and can you gave me your email adds or if you have facebook pls add me gwuapashane@yahoo.com or search shavid zuarez so we could talk i want someone to talk to on this visa i am nervous and confused and i dont know what to do good luck on your medical and interview hope everything will be ok god bless and i'll wait for your reply

we just recieve NOA1 march 3 2010 my question is how long does it takes to recieve the NOA2 i saw in vj timelines usually takes only 3 to 4 months is this true????? i don't have any idea about this thanks and god bless to us

my name is shane and im new here in this forum i need help on my k1 visa my Boyfriend and i filled the I-29F to the USCIS on feb. 17,2010 but until now we haven't heard anything from the lawyer that we hired, my question is how long is this NOA1 will take? and did the lawyer will inform us or they do all of if?please help i really wanna know what was happening and is this normal?
