Did anybody went through Clarence process for IR-1/CR-1??

My husband went to Turkey embassy for his interview on May 5th, after waiting for 5 months for interview schedule, and from May 5th, we are checking the website for our case number but no luck yet!!

We have received our interview date from Turkey embassy. It is going to be on 5 May. As an IR1 Visa type, we wait 4 months for the interview date.
