    God bless

    Patty ♥

thanks but i read a link in the official website onf us embassy in manila about these so im kind of confused right now. check this link out ... http://manila.usembassy.gov/wwwh3024.html#ds160

If you want a K-1 Fiancée visa and you are going through the U.S. Embassy in Manila, you will not use a DS-160. Instead, you will need two copies of your DS-156, one copy of your DS-156K, and two copies of your DS-157.

  2. Hi! I need some advice because my fiance is back in the Philippines now after working in Saudi Arabia for 11 months. The problem is she is having a hard time getting a police clearance from Saudi Arabia which she might need on her interview. She asked some of the employees in the DFA (Department of Foreign Affairs) that does the processing of such documents in other countries and they said all they do is pass the documents but they dont have any assurance that she will get any response from Saudi. What should I do? It might take months just waiting for the police clearance or she even might not get one. I asked some people and they said that u have to apply in Saudi personally to get one which she cant because her working visa in saudi is expired. Help me out here pls. thanks

  3. I have a couple of questions in filling up the I-129F form. please help me...

1.In question number 10. MY citizenship is acquired through? I checked the naturalization box and filled up the box with my number of certificate and date and place issued, but question beneath it that says..Have you obtained a certificate of citizenship under your name? I'm confused on that one. should i say yes and fill the box box again underneath that with my certificate number and date and place issued just like the first one?

    2. In question 18, should I use another sheet to describe how my fiance and I met or the box would be enough to explain how?

thanks and i really appreciate it in helping me in this one. God Bless to you all!

  4. Its about filing the employment addresses in G325a form... Do I really need to put the full name and full address of the employer? Can I just put the name of employer then city and country? If i have to put the rest on a separate sheet of paper, what will I put on top of any separate page? Do i have to sign and date every additional attachment that i have? thanks for the help in advance!

  5. There's no reason you could not file the Fiance Petition (I-129f) now and ask that she be interviewed in Manila. On the I-129f, there is a place to request this (#20).

You should use her current address when completing forms - and not omit anything.

So if i addressed it to her current address which is in Saudi right now then if the petition got approved, isn't it that they mail the paper works in saudi where her current address was? And she'll be in the Philippines by then.

  6. How long will she have lived in Saudi Arabia? If for longer than 6 months, she might consider getting her police certificate before leaving, just as a precaution. However, as the reciprocity page indicates that police clearances are not available for 3rd party nationals no longer living there, it *might* end up as a non-issue.

Keep an eye on this as your process continues.

She said its easier to get a police clearance in saudi embassy in the philippines than applying one there. and yes she'll stay there in 11 months total. So where will i address my petition to? Her address in the philippines or her current address in SAudi?

  7. Hi Need some quick advice to you guys before i start filing my petition for my fiance. Here's our situation... My fiancee is in working in Saudi Arabia right now and her contract will finish in June 10 2010 and scheduled to go back home in the Philippines. My question is this: Can I file and petition her right now and just address everything to the Philippines where she'll be back in June or do I have to wait till June 10 when she's back in the Philippines before I start petitioning and mailing the necessary paper works? Because I want her to come here ASAP but just wanna know if its complicated if I start right now instead in June. thanks for the time and hope you guys can help me out in this.
