  1. Hi everyone, the past 2 weeks has been been very busy that I wasn't able to follow the thread. First off, congratulations to those that were approved :star: and to those that are still waiting, lets keep our fingers crossed and hope that you'll soon receive your NOA2s as well. I would also like to say thank you to sundrop for her efforts to put up and update the list as it has helped a lot of us, not only the feb filers, but the march filers as well :thumbs: . My fiance told me yesterday that a letter (or packet?)from the embassy was sent to their house a couple of days ago, and I'm pretty sure it's the packet 3 (yey!). Right now we're on the process of getting the list completed and I will be sending my affidavit of support for him on Monday. We're planning to set his interview date around mid-june if everything goes well. So for the list, ours will be: Haze & Ced (Philippines) P3 rec'd: 22 Apr (56/21 days)

    God bless! :yes:

  2. Hi everyone and congratulations to all that got their NOA2 recently. I just got off the phone with NVC today. They told me that they received our packet yesterday. I guess my packet is included in the batch that was sent yesterday. :D They also said that it will be sent to the US Embassy in Manila today. yey!!!

    To Adam&May, have a safe and happy trip!

    Good luck to those that hasn't received their approvals yet. Just be patient and have good faith!

    cheers!

    love love love! (L)

  4. @ sundrop.. you're right.. i've figured that as well. i'm just getting too impatient because i feel that our case is too straight forward (both single, no previous marriages, had been back and forth to Phil 4x/yr, tons of multiple phone calls daily, no RFEs, etc) I can't think of any reason why its taking them longer to do our application. lol. and i'm getting so excited whenever I see approvals with NOA1 dates that are close to mine.. and then i'd start wondering why it skipped mine. haha. But then again, like what I've read earlier in this thread, maybe our application was assigned to somebody who takes a lot of breaks, goes to the BR often, etc.

    @ audy_rob congrats on your approval :thumbs:

    @ spencer12 and wishing, good luck to you both lets hope its the NOA2 :dance:

    I hope we all get our NOA2 soon!

  5. First of all, I wanna congratulate all the moms and moms-to-be and the dads and the excited dads-to-be :thumbs: . I hope you all have healthy babies. I just wanna introduce myself to everyone and to my kababayans, I've only been a member for a week and I really find this site helpful. I'm also a Filipina and I'm petitioning my fiancee in the Philippines. We got our NOA1 on feb 8 and we're still waiting for the NOA2. The wait is really frustrating.. lol. I check this site and the uscis site daily for updates and each day I'm crossing my fingers whenever I sign in on the status check page.. hoping for a touch.. haaay.. ang tagal.. Anyways, I'm not pregnant yet but I really love reading this thread. I want to be a mom na din!! haha. Its been 8 months na din since I last went back.. and we really miss each other.. Sana talaga maapprove na sya.. By the way, I was gonna ask sana kung may iba din dito na USC filipina who's got a beneficiary in the Philippines like me. I wanted to know sana kung ano yung possible problems na maeencounter namin because I'm really stressed out and worried that things might not get along well. I mean we really love each other so much pero I wanna be ready para if we were to face a problem, I would have broader understanding and would know how to handle it. By the way, I'm 25, and I'm still with my parents. RJ and I already made plans na we'd get an apartment once he comes here to prevent yung issue na "manugang-biyenan" complex. Lol. Inputs pleasee....

    :blush::dance: :dance: :blush:

  6. Are you watching that thing 100x a day too?? :whistle:

    All this waiting, what else can we do but amuse ourselves with caclulators that are based on 5-10% of the total petitions USCIS receives. :blink:

    lol. i feel for you. i'm checking the uscis status check several times a day hoping for a touch.... oh and the feb 2010 filer threads.. and the immigration time line.. and the processing time... waaahh.. each day i get more and more excited!! :wacko:

  7. Which service center did you send your packet to? You should join your months group in the progress section of the k1 forum. It can be alot of support. Also you can check timelines by clicking on the immigration timelines link at the top of the page. I think CSC (california service center) they are processing cases submitted in Dec. While the VSC (vermont service center) is processing cases in Nov. Good luck .

    Oh yeah, i didn't see the thread about the feb filers earlier that's why i posted this. heehee sorry. I submitted our packet to California Service Center. I'll be watching the other thread as well. Congratulations on your approval. Hope ours would go smooth too.. >.< I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

  8. Hi everyone, I just want to know if there are others here who have filed their K1 petition last February. I'm checking the uscis site everyday for updates because I am so excited and we've waited so long for this.. I just want to have an idea of how fast the processing is at the current time. Thanks! I would love to hear from you guys!! C:

    LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!
