    hey i think your problem is that they recieved the I 485 without I 130, i think you have to file together

    yea I can't wait to get GC, can you believe that now visa number is for 2009 march, mann lucky for those who got married in 2009, they won't have to wait long my interview date is one day after yours so, your experience would be very helpful for me, you gota let me know on that day

    Hey I got interview letter today! So it takes about two weeks to get EAD and greencard after production order?? i don't have much property or joint together with my husband expect bank account

    I got my EAD card order :) i request expediate service two days a go because I doubt I will get my interview soon and I really think I should start working :)

      yea i don't really know how the process goes, i did request expedite service, i don't get my interview letter yet too. Some people got it quicker than others, i think it depends on Local office

    my bio got rejected, they stamped already in the paper and rejected after stamping it realizing the date. hubby is working too so we are just doing on the actual date :(

    hey my walk in was rejected, first he stamped it and let me go then when i gave him another bio letter from EAD, he read it and rejected grr

    so i am just waiting till my date June 24 :(
