  1. finally, i am proud american citizen.

    I had my interview this morning at seattle. i arrived 8:50am and the interview was at 9:20 am. i was called in at 9:15 am by very polite and cute young lady

    first i swear the oat and she went through my forms and she was very friendly

    Then, she made me read ; WE HAVE ONE HUNDRED SENATORS and i wrote the same thing for the written test.

    1. what is the name of US National anthem?

    2.why does the flag have 13 stripes?

    3.which ocean is at the west coast of US?

    4.what is rule of law?

    5. what happen at sept 11?

    6.if the president can no longer serve, who becomes president.

    After answering all the questions, she said congratulations, you have passed you written and the civic test and as such they have oat ceremony this afternoon 1:20pm if i wanna part take, she will add me to the list. i said to her with a smile BIG YESSSSSS. I DID THE OAT CEREMONY AND MY GREEN CARD WAS TAKEN FROM ME BEFORE I WAS PRESENTED WITH MY NATURALIZATION CERTIFICATE.............. WOOOOOOOW AT LONG LAST BATTLE HAS ENDED VERY BEAUTIFUL AND GOOD ONE.   2. hurray hurray :thumbs::dance: :dance: i was at work and i got notice from USCIS for both text message and email.this is how its say when i checked my email...On July 12, 2012, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you. If we need something from you we will contact you. If you move before you receive the card, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283. :dance::star: :star: :dance::thumbs: finally got the approval.i didn't know the actual date for the approval but knows the order of production date to be July 12 2012.am so happy and wish the rest,the best of luck and meet again on naturalization in January

  3. interview today at USCIS office in Seattle.the interview was 10;45am and got there 10;26am,went through the normal security checks.submitted my appointment letter which was scanned and was ask wait with my lovely wife at the main waiting hall.we were there for about 30minutes when a white woman in her early sixty called to a room.we stood to swear an oat before she started with her question. HOW DID YOU MEET? WHERE WAS IT FOR HOW LONG WE COMMUNICATE BEFORE WE MEET EACH OTHER MY PLACE OF BIRTH AND CURRENT ADDRESS. She went the AOS forms yes or no questions and after that ask for any that approves that we both lived in the same address.we show our banks statement,our state ids with both address on and car insurance and prove of pregnancy.we did try to show our wedding pictures but said that is okay because she have seen most of our pictures which we used in the k1 visa.she said everything is okay and saw smile on her face for the first and said congratulation,you have been approved and since you just married your green card is conditional one and as such it is for only two years and must file for lift of the conditional in 90 days this green card expires.that was all.my wife and myself were so happy and thank the woman.i think it lasted for about 15mins and was friendly and cool things.but must prepare adequately for AOS interview because what kind question you may be ask.i check my STATUS AND IT SAIDS CARD ORDER PRODUCTION.WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHOOOOOOOOO I AM SO GLAD AT LAST THE JOURNEY HAS COME TO SUCCESSFUL END.I WISH EACH AND EVERYONE ALL THE BEST IN THEIR INTERVIEWS AND APPLICATIONS FILED.GOD BLESS US ALL.

  5. no,he have to get an appointment letter through his mail.he will than use the letter to get access to the embassy to collect his package.i think it is every Wednesdays 7.am for such appointment to attend to at the US embassy in ACCRA.please be patient the letter will come and he get the package.my took about a month and a half to received the letter which i used to get my package just last year.

  6. i got my interview letter today which was dated March 17,2010.it has the priority date February 02,2010.The interview date is on APRIL 21,2010.The letter reads REQUEST FOR APPLICATION TO APPEAR FOR INITIAL INTERVIEW.what does it mean by initial and any advice on i-485 interview base on k-1.thank you all and wish all and sundry success in our various applications filed.
