    Lost touch for 14 years....
    Oct. 2008 Found each other on Face Book through a mutual friend and fell hopelessly in love, but she was living in Taiwan for past 3 years. Spent next year accumulating 130,000 air miles to be with my fiancee.

    April 7, 2011, and my wife and I are still separated by 8,000 miles. In January the I-130 was approved, but the visa denied. We fired our useless lawyer and got a new one who created an excellent waiver document spanning 60+ pages for the I-212 compared to the single page cover letter the first lawyer submitted. We submitted this on March 7..and we continue to wait.
