Woo-Hoos are in order! :dance:

K1 & K2 visas were approved after an interview that consisted of about 15 questions. (10 of the questions were about the web site where we became acquainted.) At the end of the interview, the interviewer told Olga, "Visas are usually processed in 1.5 - 2 weeks." Olga said she had "big eyes" and told the woman that we wanted to leave on 7/16 (which she knew from the paperwork). Then the woman smiled and said, "Do not worry, your visas will go to DHL tomorrow! It is nice to find government employees with a sense of humor!

Olga was nervous while waiting for the interview. Afterwards, she said that the Consulate employees were very nice, professional and the experience was very positive. I will post a review of the interview after I fully "debrief" Olga!

We will enter the US on 7/16: POE Atlana!

Wishing everyone a happy 4th of July.

I will fly to Moscow tomorrow so I can be there when Olga and her son have their interviews on Tuesday. I can wait outside the Embassy anyway.

We finally received our NOA2 yesterday! It took 116 days but we are so happy!

We just received our NOA2!!!! Got a text at 2pm today. I can't wait to call Liezl and give her the good news! So happy to be leaving Vermont.....finally!!!

I know there are still many January filers out there still waiting. I pray that all of you also receive your NOA2 very soon.

Married not even 12 hours after your fiancee arrives! It is kind of romantic in a way, plus your in-laws will love you for respecting their wishes. You'd BETTER post some wedding pics!!!

I hear you about the man-cave. I've never scrubbed so hard or so long! I'm even getting my 7 year old son used to "putting the seat down"... lol.

My preparations are just about done, just some last minute odds and ends and then I'm off to San Jose.

Johnny, I sincerely wish you and Wilma the best of luck for a healty and happy life together. You're an awesome dude, so tell Wilma we said she's getting a great guy!

Lohninck - Come on!!! You GOTTA be getting your NOA2 any freakin' day now. Once you get yours, the January class is just about done.

Yes Alan, their is still quite a few of us Jan filers that are still waiting for NOA2. We have not even received a touch since receiving our NOA1. Very frustrating to say the least. Congrats to everyone who is ahead of us in the process and for everyone else to hang in there. Our time has to be coming soon.
