HI EVERYONE ,I THINK WE SHOULD ALLOW PEOPLE THAT HAS GONE THROUGH THE PROCESS TO TALK AND NOT TO CHALENGE THEM.IT IS VERY EASY AND SIMPLE TO HAVE YOUR STATUS OF YOUR PARENTS CHANGED THAN YOU USING A B1-B2 VISA AND GET MARRIED TO A CITIZEN WHICH AT THE LONG RUN YOU STILL GET THE LATER,IF ITS NOT USCIS INTENTION TO GIVE PEOPLE THAT PRIVILEGE ,THERE WILL NOT BE THAT FORM.IF PEOPLE CAN MARRY AND GET GC ,HOW MUCH MORE YOUR PARENTS.

IT IS LEGAL TO FILE IN AS MUCH YOU FILL OUT ADEQUATE FORM AND NOT SHORT CHANGE USCIS .

Hi y'all. I have a situation and I don't know what to do about it. I hope I can explain it without making it confusing. It's about my employer. For privacy reasons I'm going to make up fake company names to explain it to you. I work for Orbit Retail. They are owned by XYZ Inc. On the form G325a I have already submitted, I listed my employer as XYZ Inc. And their address 1234 main street, some city, any state. Now I'm preparing my papers for the I-134 so they'll be ready when I need them. I noticed that on my 2010 and 2011 W2 and 2010 and 2011 federal tax forms and transcripts it says my employer is Creative Imaging, and a completely different address. Creative Imaging is the company that did our payroll. I don't understand why they are listed as the employer but they are. So... the problem is, it's not going to match what I wrote on the G325a. THEN... Starting Jan 1 2012 we had a new payroll company. I don't know what this 2012 W2 will say because I haven't received it yet. But I know it won't say Creative Imaging. AND NOW... Orbit Retail lays us off every year in the winter and I want to work instead of drawing unemployment (because I can't afford to risk being unemployed when I need to send an employment letter to my fiance for the interview)so I have found a new job and I begin in a week. I will send a letter of employment from this new company. I think I might stay with them because they are more steady. I put XYZ Inc. on my G325a and nothing else has XYZ Inc. on it. Will they wonder about this? Will it be a problem? And my employment letter will have yet another comany name. What should I do? Thanking you in advance.

green card ,responding to your question,professionally you are not supposed to be refused a tourist visa if you meet the requirement but technically you wil be denied the visa as you have a pending application which is more greater than the visa but u will be denied the tourist visa based on one ground which will be,you dont have a family tie and you will not return to your country by the said date,however they know that once you get to United States you can easily do a status change on your application so therefore you will not be issued the tourist visa.so i advice that you wait for the out come of your application

it's not something to worry for,just go ahead with your documents collections.you will be fine,it takes 2-3 weeks.

WITHOUT THE REENTRY PERMIT,YOU CANT STAY MORE THAN 1 YR, IN HER BEST INTEREST,SHE SHOULD RETURN AS SOON AS POSSIBLE IF NOT IMIDIATELY

get your documents together and as much as u can get,leave out the age gap and be positive since you both love yourselves.goodluck

the issue right now is not sending another copy but the right and known autorized one is needed.let me give you an idea about mine,i lost the small of my B/C and i went to my local government the birth and death registry office and i was issued a long birth certificate that has my parents information in it and was registered in their book the date i collected it.it was a long version of B/C.once an officer of the nvc sees what is new to him that is where the problem sleeps
