I'm the applicant applying for a K-3 to bring my wife here. I have received NOA1 and I'm about to send the I-129F. I have 2 DUI's and 1 DWI(driving while impaired). DWI in 93, DUI in 95, and the latest in 09. Should I take a chance and not disclose them to avoid problems and delays or will this compound the problems and delays? Will they even look into it if you don't them supply the reason to? Do I even have a chance here or should i just give up on the whole visa process now?
